Ok.. i wanna put like a banner there whenever u open a page on the forum so its always there.
Please Help

P.S. but where do i find the navbar template and how do i edit what do i have to do?

Style Manager > <<>> > Navigation and breadcrumb templates > navbar > edit template > put your code right at the bottom of that template.

put <div align="center"> </div> around it
