url problem??

hello friends i installed this hack and when i try to open the games i get some error you see in the caps

it gives me a datbease error but the url must be http://www.e-paylas.de/forum/arcade.php but it doesnt show /forum/ at the middle and it doesnt open the game help needen thanx..

my arcade doesnt even work any help will be appariated
