Rank Image on Memberlist

Is it possible to add Rank Images to the Memberlist, specifically to the left hand side, before the Username info? If so, does anyone have any idea on how to go about it? I did a search and found on thread on it, but the suggested template change didn't work, it caused a serious error on the memberlist page.

This should work. Its the same code as what the other thread showed but I fixed a small error:

<if condition="exec_switch_bg()"><td class="$bgclass">$userinfo[rank]</td></if>

You will also have to add a column to the memberlist template to add a header.

Okay, I've added the column, but I don't know where to add the header, or what the code should be to make a header.
