Need help restoring F.A.Q. phrase!

I was editing my navbar template and I took out the F.A.Q. link so I can place this in my vba cmps navigation box. I need it back but I cannot afford to revert my template due to numerous mods. I've added a link to a ss here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=19783&d=1154026217). Just the default phrase will do.
