I am looking for something that tracks hacks I have installed.
I know I can do it in a simple Excel sheet, but I'd prefer it were part of the site.
It doesn't need to update itself automatically, it can be completely manual. I had one with phpbb and loved it.

Does something like this exist?

It's called clicking the install button, and looking in your User CP on here and clicking "Show installed hacks". :)

Cute, but I was looking for something a little more sophisticated.
I do click install when I install a mod.
