How do I install a modification?

You'll have to excuse the ignorance of this question, but I'm brand new to vbulletin and I'm really struggling.

I found a modification in that I'd like to use, but I'm not sure how to get it. I clicked on the "install" button, but then I couldn't find it anywhere. Can anyone hel?

You need to download the mod itself, extract it to your machine, and then follow the instructions in the post/zip file. :)
