What this does: Aligns the profile section of the postbit to make it a lot neater.

This is a good hack but I have the "last seen online" mod installed and if I want to use this I would have to remove my "LSO" hack. Any way around this?

You can use any modification that goes into this part of the postbit with this. You just need to make some changes to it.

Instead of using<div>PHRASE: OUTPUT</div>you use the format<tr><td class="smallfont">PHRASE</td><td class="smallfont">OUTPUT</td></tr>Any if's go around the line as normal.
