I want to make the "What's Going on Box" collapsible. And if you have a look @ my site, there is too much space between the "Forums" and the "Portkeys" and NO space between the "Portkeys" and the "What's Going on Box". I want it completely opposite to that.

I want to make the "What's Going on Box" collapsible. And if you have a look @ my site, there is too much space between the "Forums" and the "Portkeys" and NO space between the "Portkeys" and the "What's Going on Box". I want it completely opposite to that.
