Anchor and Jump code for 3.5.4?

I'm a newbie...and since tradition is that newbies have questions:
Got a question..two actually.

Is there an Anchor and Jump code for vbulletin version 3.5.4??
(Since I badly need one.)

If there isn't.....would this code https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=91896&page=1&highlight=anchor work for version 3.5.4?? (Eventhough i know it was originally made for 3.5.0 Beta 3)

Yeah, it's just Javascript. I've actually got the 3.0.7 version running on my 3.5.4 board, lol.
