change position of the arcade announcement

I'd like to get it up to the top, right above the highscore 3 champions in the middle of the page. Also I'd like to change the background and font colors in the annoucement - is there a way I can manually access that part?

wait for ibProArcade v2.5.7+ there the announcement will be on top :)
