Hello, I'm searching for this mod for last two hours, but I couldn't find it's name unfortunately. So I have to give you a screenshot about it... Can you please give me an url to download it?

there's a column in the right, showing latest releases (actually threads) of forums... or is that an option that i can't find in vBulletin AdminCP?

I think it's a combination of 'Latest Threads on Forumhome' & 'Add a Left/Right column to your forum' mods. Search for them in the 3.5 sections. I'm not sure if they're being ported to 3.6 yet.
