satellite error inCP panel?

This is an error I haven't seen before. The web is running fine although one new member said when the log in the site keep taking them back to the sign on page. Could this be why?

Do you have a Satellite mod of some sort? It looks like it's being included but the path is incorrect. Try to uninstall or disable it if it's a plugin.

what does a satellite do? No I didn't add a mod like that
