Hi all,

I am not able to figure out, how to place extra boarders (.png) arround the forum.

This is my template for a new site:

http://www.the-efl.co.uk/test3.htm

What I want to do is to get the forum into the "screen". I want the whole forum to show up there but I have no idea how.

At the moment I use my forum like this:

http://www.the-efl.co.uk/frames/forum_index.htm

I use a frameset for my sites here, on the top frame is the site-navigation, on the bottom frame is the forum without the header.gif.

I want to use my new template in the same way as it is now. I would cut the "the screen" into three pieces (top/middle/bottom) and then place the top of the screen into the topframe for the navigation, in the bottom frame I want to put the forum while having right/left boarders for the middle section of the screen and after the forum contain comes the bottom section of the screen.

So my "screen" would be as high as it needs to be depending on the site contain but having a fixed width (so the "screen" always shows up properly). I don't want to use custom scrollbars so I have to stick with the default ones.

Anyone can give me a hint how to place the forum into my screen?

Thx in advance!

BTW, please excuse my bad english.... ;)

... I hope you could follow me.

OK, maybe my request was a bit too "generaly" ...

I have figured out how to do the backgrounds now including the footer. However, I just get the forum to show up centered and can't figure out how to place it more to the right (like shown in the picture)

My second problem: The table row under "Todays Events" shows the background.gif of the footer, how or where can I change this?

Anyone may lead me into the right direction please?
