Make all fonts like 2 points smaller??

I've a question - how can I simply make all the fonts on my forum about 1 or 2 points smaller? I could even use a quick desciption of how to make some of them 1 or 2 points smaller if possible. Thanks!

Click on All Stye Options on the right and select Main CSS
