Alternative to sending out mail from Control Panel to users?

My forum is getting to be of a decent size (7500+ members), and when I send out the monthly newsletters (usually about 10-12k in size), it really bogs down my server. Soon I will be sending out larger emails, and I need to find an alternative to using the vB CP to send mail... what to others use?

You could always make a mailing list in the vBulletin panel and then send the e-mail with another program ( like outlook or something )

Yeah... but I want them emails to come from my server's IP, not my personal one. So if there are spam complaints, they come to me and not my personal IP. Besides, that would be a hell of a lot of email to send out via Outlook. ;)
