Since this is causing vb database errors that are overflowing my email box.. I'm moving my question here.

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=118109

I tried to install, it didn't work, I got an error. However, now I have 2 fields inserted into the USERCP > Options window that is causing vb database errors any time someone tries to update the page. It is also affecting the editing of a user via Admin Control Panel.

When you try to update you get this error:

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:

Invalid SQL:
UPDATE vb_userfield SET
field7 = '',
field8 = ''
WHERE userid = 2564;

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'field7' in 'field list'
Error Number : 1054
Date : Saturday, July 15th 2006 @ 03:30:23 PM
Script : http://www.mysite.net/forum/profile.php
Referrer : http://www.mysite.net/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions
IP Address : mine
Username : me
Classname : vb_database

It no longer shows up in my plugins, so I can't remove it there. Any ideas how to get this removed? No one can update options now. I have also turned off all plugins/hooks, but the fields (and the errors) remain.

Does anyone know how to remove these two fields?

Are thet listed in the ACP, User Profile Fields Manager ?

These are found in USERCP > Options.

They are also listed in Admin > Edit User

Also they are in Add User.

Can anyone please help me with this? Please. I know I sound like a major pest, I am so sorry. My users are complaining that they can't edit... my email box has thousands of emails. Someone has got to know how to take these fields out!! Please. Someone do this girl a favor and help!

These are found in USERCP > Options.Yes, I know that. They are (custom) user profile fields, therefore, to repeat the question - are they listed in the ACP, user profile fields manager ?

Oh heavens! I didn't even know there was a user profile field manager. Color me pink :blush

Thank you Paul. It's fixed. I'm so sorry for being a PITA :(
