View Full Version : Allowing images/banners in signature...
I'm thinking about allowing images/banners within people's signature. Kinda like you see on gaming forums where they have a cool banner in their signature. See an example of what I mean here (http://www.codboards.com/showpost.php?p=106091&postcount=2).
I already know about allowing [img] within posts but I'm taking about in signatures! I'm assuming there must be something that allows members to add the [img] string to their sigs ONCE... not everytime they post!
So.. how do I make this happen?? :)
Thanks!

Just restrict the size of the characters they may input into the signature. This can be done by default in vBulletin options.

EDIT: Okay, I just discovered how to let members add images/banners to their signatures! I had no idea there was an option under "User Profile Options"... Allow [IMG] Code in Signatures that just needed to be flipped to Yes. LOL Doh!
However, I would still like to know if there's a function or hack that will AUTOMATICALLY restrict the size of the images within the signature! How can I do that??
Thanks!
