Restricting Certain Characters in Username

Hello!

I've looked through the vB Options.. but either I missed it.. or it wasn't there.. lol.. Is there a way to restrict certain characters being used in usernames? Like the ',",*, etc..

In the last Post, it appears to have a solution the author claims was working for this purpose by editing the member.php template.
