Auto PM's for new moderators..

I really would like a funtion that sends a pre-defined PM containing guidelines for new moderators. That will be sent to the users that become moderators automaticly, when they are set up as a moderator.

Not only for the moderators in the moderator group, but also for the ones that become moderators for just a sertain forum.

i had to write up a 6 page pdf for my moderators. then you can just email the new moderators with the pdf attached.

Yeah everybody loves to open a .pdf file? I'm making a handbook though, only I'm going to wait until I have a system IN vbulletin for it, in their Moderator Tools dropdown in the menu. (wich I've added). Search threads created by me to see what I mean with the Guidebook.

This would still be needed though, saying welcome and telling them where to find everything. (as of information and such)

Just create a private forum for you and your mods and sticky up the guidelines.
