i found nothing in faq about it and i decided to ask
here or/and give it as a feedback to you.
a few weeks ago i noticed (maybe it was already before it such)
that many downloads appear with a "broken symbol" with an orange
cross on it. if i try to download it raises an error messages, that the
file is broken.
this system i cannot understand. i assumed that this are paid downloads
or the creators itself removed them or i as user was disallowed to download them.
in last time more and more of the downloads here appear with the "broken symbol" for me, so i ask you now why it's such.
a helpful information instead of the "broken symbol" would be useful to let
the users know why they actually cannot more download a specific hack.

i give one example: i would like to download for example
"Top xx Reputation Forum Home" and i cannot.
"Unknown error occured, the file is possible broken".
But other hacks i can download and my status is surely "licensed".
an answer would be appreciated.

Do you mean this icon: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2012/01/5.gif?

Those are .xml files.. I just downloaded the Reputation one and received no errors.

What browser are you using?

Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

Please provide the link to the post where you try to download from, and the exact error text.
