See attached - it's terribly "thin" here, the forums barely take up 40% of my screen, the rest is just wasted whitespace.

I would make the style atleast 70%, maybe 100% even.

Great skin!.. I LOVE the blue and the green!.. lol
On the green though.. the white text is VERY difficult to read.. I would change that to black.. It would make it very easy to read!
I agree with the width.. Really needs to be wider..
You going to do anything in the header? It looks like it is missing what goes in the white area.. lol You could put info about a featured skin or something there..
Great job!!

Reminds me of Chris Welch's VistaDiscussion Style: (The colors are pretty much identical and the whole style is ripped.)
http://vistadiscussions.com/
And is this really allowed by Jelsoft? If you are going to offer vBulletin support without verification it could very well be against the license agreement.
I'm not trying to be critical just raising some points. Sorry.
There is nothing in the TOU that prohibits a forum being based on vB Support/Discussion.
In fact, last month's vB.org BOTM Winner was a vB-Hacking related site.
Also, it is possible to perform validation of accounts.. I do it by having a hash here, surrounded with CODE tags, so that unregistereds cannot read it.
If one of my users enters that hash at registration, they get put in the Verified group.
The hash changes regularly, so even though it is not perfect, it can be done to a degree.

Morning, Yeah it is very thin, also on my screen i'm finding it hard to see the text, its way to bright! :)
And the login box is huge :P (Text boxes about 4 times normal size)
Also the logo + big white space kinda looks odd to me!
Apart from thet the idea, and buttons/style is pretty great :P

Thanks very much for all your comments! I have planned many new features to add to the forum, many of these will make the white spaces a tad more filled in. But I still agree it is a very opened area that hasn't been filled. I am considering to have a fluid version and make that the default instead.
The white space between the logo and the buttons will be filled in a few days. I also definatly agree with the text size and colour - I've been experimenting a lot but can't really find a colour or size that does the skin justice, if anyone has any feedback on this issue, please tell all :)
I'd appreciate it if you registered and enlarged the community a little - it's always hard starting a forum, and I'd really love to kick the community into gear and help people with their vB problems ;)
EDIT: I've just changed the font colour for the most part. Tell me what you think

The threads and posts font colour seems to be alot better, as its darker, on the pc i'm on now, the width is 1000% times better!
The forum icons, forum text and last post text is just waaaay to light still, i think you will have to go for a darker blue .....
I have my font size set on smaller, and the login boxes still seem incredibly large....
will register when i get back to my home pc, as it is a great idea :)

The statusicons look like the ones at vBImageworks (http://www.vbimageworks.com/forum/index.php?styleid=4) Did Shelley do those for you copyright free?

The statusicons come from http://www.vbimageworks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123
They are free to use on forums but obviously im not taking credit for them.

Nice style Marky, I like this one.
A small suggestion. I would set the border to a light grey rather than the blue you opted for. I just think it would give it a more professional feel. I would also use the appropriate forum icons because you've got a forum_link default image showing.
Apart from those little issues everything looks great. Nice work. :)
