Wow,,,,vb.org, For Having Thousands Of Members Cats Dont Like Replyin Huh?
Just uninstall and import the product again. That should do it
You say you have checked the settings and everything is fine.. there's not much anyone can do for you if everything is set correctly and it still doesn't work.
Perhaps a screenshot of your settings would help?

alright, here is what i see. What is strange, is that only logged out/unregistered users CAN see it...whilst everyone else cant...anywayz...iunno...see if u spot something wrong.
As I suspected...your settings are NOT correct.
You have only usergroup 0 in the 'Groups Allowed to View' field.
Usergroup 0 is guests.
Put 1,5,6,7 in there if you want Registered, Super Mods, Admins and Mods to see it.
For more Usergroup IDs, check your Usergroup Manager. :)

Actually the setting are correct, 0 = any group can view it (Guests are Usergroup 1).
What's more likely is that you have recently installed something else that is breaking it for logged in members.
For future reference, if you want support for a mod, you should post in that mods thread. It's only by chance I have seen this.

Not to sound grotty, but i've had a query in it's correct thread & forum for a day and not one answer to it... In fact, looking at other posts within the same thread, I see a few have unanswered questions. I appreciate this a free service and the mods are also free, in that aspects it's "unbeatable value", but in support terms, it's disappointing.
