Avatars Now A Link Instead of Image

Hey guys. Well over the past couple of weeks I added a few hacks, and now I am having a weird problem with my site and I cannot seem to get it fixed.

The Hacks I added were:
* vbGarage
* vBStore (recently went back and removed everything because it wasn't what I thought)
* A Hack to re-do the formatting for a User Profile
* Template Compressor

My main problem is that my site no longer acts like it will allow my users to upload their own avatars. We can still use the forum preset images, but users cannot load their own. This bug is present on all of my skins now... The other skin I have has not been modified in a long time, and it started having the same problem recently.

Any input would be greatly appreciated...

I had the exact problem last week.

Re-upload all VB original files..

Worked for me.

Have you recently upgraded from 3.0.x to 3.5.x?

Have you tried reverting your postbit template?

peterska2: just did that after you said it, and now when I load an avatar it comes up saying

Imageinfo Failed:

sh: /identify: No such file or directory



any idea what that means?
