Reputation "tagbacks", users who give bad rep becuse you gave it to them

I have this nasty issue with my members, if one does a poor post and you give them bad rep for it, they turn around and tag ya back. Is there a simple way to remove the abilty to give rep back to a members if they recently gave it to you?
