"how do I" add a vB release thing to my forums?

When we posts styles and such i'd like to know how to add that little mod box we have here into a certain forum. i've looked in the mods section but can't find it. and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

if you don't understand i mean the things above each thread saying
