cannot upload avatar from URL !! help me

Immediately my forum does not update member's avatar from URL with error: Invalid URL !!

Anyone tell me how to fix this plz,

Are you sure the URL is correct? Post it here EXACTLY as you are typing it into your UserCP.

I know & sure that Images's URL is exactly
ex:https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/images/newsm/bunny.gif

this error isn't so simple as you think..
