I keep banning someone everyday and they keep getting back in with the same handle and same IP addy. they are unbanable, what the heck? untill I hire someone more experienced to look after my board I need to stop this person any suggestions?

Check the config.php, see if their user ID is set to unbannable in there.

You can also manually place them into the banned user group, or create a new one with no permissions whatsoever.
