Without a doubt, vBBux/vBPlaza (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=171). I personally think it's the best points system out there, and it ties in extremely well with the arcade.
something to play an mp3 on the site,
Again, without a doubt, AnyMedia (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=106239). Can play videos, mp3s, Flash files, etc, and you can enable/disable players as you see fit.

For an arcade system, I'd recommend ibProArcade (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=170). It has the most functionality, as well as the most games available for it (if you know where to look).

crew system........ i want users to be able to create groups and add members and have it displayed in post-info/profile........

You can create usergroups, and make them public.

Then edit one of the postbit templates. This may require a hack.
