A lot of times if I'm trying to answer/troubleshoot someone's site, I click their profile and hit the "Visit Brad's Homepage" link, which loads their page in place of the current thread. It would be nice if you could target it in a new window instead.

Okay, the Visit [username]'s Homepage! should now open up a new window. :)
