Email footer

I assume there must be a hack some where for a email footer as I've seen a few forums with what looks like pretty much exactly the same thing. Anyway all I'm after is the ability to have a standard footer at the bottom of emails sent out

Just for things like how to unsubscribe, stats etc...if not is there a phrase I can edit anywhere?

sending email from where ? do you mean private messages within the system?

no I mean when mass mailing users from the admincp
