error when trying to upload a custom avatar or attachment

When i try to upload anything from my comp say it be a avatar or a file attachment all i get is this error.


Imageinfo Failed:
sh: line 1: /identify: No such file or directory


any help on this please =]

yes i've got all the options for uploading and using avatars and uploading..
