Member permission was set to not allow that, and still is in my AdminCP I am looking at it now.

it looks like users have the ability to create events? I just created an event, check the usergroup options to make sure only mods/admins can create events.
edit: a bit late :)

BUT, in my admin control panel it shows that Registered Users are not allowed to create events on the calendar.

Also i checked their website and they are using vbulletin and the styles are unfortunately from vbskin.

I am aware of that :) I looked at my usergroup permissions and they are set to do not allow registered users to create calendar events.

Disable all code changes and template mods and see if the problem still exists. If it does, create a support ticket. :)

I think you might want to do a fresh install? since it seems the board is new and it is easy to install vb then fix the permission?
