Hey guys,

I would appreciate it if you could comment on my websites forum, which can be found at www.hiven.net/forum. I had a custom skin designed by www.2evolve.org especially for the site. We focus on steam gaming, i am also looking to expand the forums in the future to cover other areas of gaming.

I know there are a lot of gaming sites out there, please tell me what you like, what you dont like and what i could do to improve the site.

Thats a very nice style. The categories are slightly wider than the page background so they look a little odd to me but it works.

Cams you didnt make that :) Ib ought that one of vbstyles, and i edited it . But now that you mention it they do have their similarities to yours lol.

Yea he does a lot of work for vbstyles. About the catagories being wider than the page background, its all my fault, i installed a template mod and it caused that to happen. Its ok once you login though :o

yeah bud lol got bad habbit of selling my skins instead of using them on my own site lol


as spades said the skins abit messed up due to him playing around with it heh. am sure he will fix it at some point :)

only beef i have is that shoutbox doesnt work without AJAX. not everyone has javascript turned on.

Ah yeah im sorry about that, is there another shoutbox out there that doesnt use ajax? Ill probably switch to that to accomodate the people who dont use javascript.

I've never been a fan of the big shoutbox up top - imo it looks a lot cleaner in something like a CMPS module, but to each their own.

Looks great otherwise, love the color scheme.
