White Out Skin

This is the first Skin i ever attempted to make so don't expect anything Uber great. anyway i really like the way this skin turned out so i decided to release it here.

anyways there isn't much really needed on your part for this skin as it uses the default buttons and sets, simply because they work well with this skin but if anyone wants to make buttons for it then please feel free and PM me so i can see them and if i like them they will appear in the update.

Anyways you'll be wondering what the skin looks like so err screenshots are provided.

thanks again for the nice feedback, i think for a new skin i'll blend orange with red. the white one was actually going to be a mix of white and dark grey but i accidentally screwwed it up and that was the end product, and it loos far better.

i quite like the streamlineness of this skin and i like the simplistic effect it has. i might concerntrate on releasing skins to go with the default sets.

Looks good however i noticed that everything is underlined, is it possible to remove the underlines ?

hey nice skin i installed, but i have installed a hack to add another navigation bar under the blue one that it comes with.. and then if i use your skin, that disapears. do you know how to fix this? thanks!

sure you need to edit your templates in the skin and add what ever was in the instructions for the code you added. or try reverting all templates if the white out skin isn't your default. that might work but i'd go with the first option.

EDIT: to remove the underline i think you have to change some things in the MAIN CSS though i haven't figured it out yet, but the underlines where ment to be there. if i find out i'll post it.

EDIT: to remove the underline go to the style options then MAIN CSS for White Out skin and look for Catagory Strips then there a box saying Decoration and it has underlined in it, remove it and just look down all the options for any text saying underlined and remove it then save and that should rid your skin of underlined text on mouseover.

yeah this style is better on its own as a parent. i dislike child skins so i made parent skins instead. if you get any problems just ask....


and if i get enough time i'll make some buttons for this style....though i can't promise anything.
