vBug Tracker Lite 3.5.1

yea that.. i try to access it via bookmarks and what not and its like YOU DONOT HAVE PERMISSIONS TO VIEW THIS.

and I cant find it anywhere,

did dude remove it?

be nice to get a email that it was removed if so...

If you had clicked install then you should have got the following message ;

vBug Tracker Lite v.3.5.1 has been removed due to security issues discovered in the code. If you are concerned about how this may affect your board, then you should consider uninstalling the code.

wow never got that email. I need to remove it from the persons board i work on.

any fix upcoming for it?

Would be good to get a fix though, it was used quite a lot on my board.

Can you guys elaborate (even privately) on the security issues found in the code? I mean, if it's a 5 minute fix, I would rather just fix it than have to uninstall it and not use a bug tracker.

I understand if you can't, due to people finding out about the bug and taking advantage, but hopefully you can trust some of the members who have been around for years. You know, those people who dedicate their time here to help others, with or without a staff tag...

Yes, it's ironic that a bug tracker had bugs. :p
