border around main forum table

I want to add a 3px border around all the main forum table.
How to do that?

By main forum table, I'm slightly confused as to what you mean. Do you mean the table that contains all your forums, categories, etc (not include navbar and WGO box), or are you meaning the one that surrounds the entire thing, including navbar and WGO box?
