I'm a member on a vB forum and would like to get the same Pay to Post modification.

It allows you to set a price per post and thread you amke, and you're able to cash out once you reach the payout amount.

No, that's the opposite of what I want.

I need a plugin that pay user per post they've made, they'll be able to request once they've reach a certain amount of cash and then those cash will be deleted, he will be set back to 0 after payout and has to start again.

I have the Payperpost hack installed but it doesn't work properly so I disabled it waiting for an update. I guess the creator lost interest or just couldn't iron out the bugs because now it's gone :(
