Private Message Restrictions

I'd like to request a MOD that can be used to apply restrictions to private message. Like to see something that requires a XX amount of posts every XX days in order to send a private message. Though sending to Admins / Moderators is unrestricted.

I've found alot of people signing up on my site whom never post. or they post a certain amount of times and then just stop. But continue to just private message people.

Set up a secondary usergroup that users are promoted to after XX days and XX posts. Change the default usergroup 'registered', to not allow private messaging.

Do you know how to set up promotions? If not, say so and I'll explain it.

As for PMing admins and mods during that time, I'll work on a modification for you. :)

Yes, I'll try and make it so that if the PM is from anyone from the mods and admin usergroups, it'll still go through.
