Actually, he's running vBSEO, but he's not displaying the copyright line.

It appears as though this user is running a nulled version.
I don't think vbseo can be nulled, as it is zend encoded...

Yes, they are, and they have been reported up the chain.

Good luck, notice how his website is about World of warcraft hacks and exploits. I think he dosent care about getting in trouble for stuff like that.

It's usually handled by contacting the ISP, who in most cases will shut down the site if they are found to be doing anything illegal. (That's the way Jelsoft's piracy team does it.)

I thought Jelsoft revoked licenses of people who have warez content in the forums? I wonder if using pirated hacks is included? Given how anti-piracy Jelsoft is, it would be nice if they did work this into their license agreement.

There are several sites which have hacks from vborg. It's just members getting the hacks and then posting htem on other sites, breaking vborg rules.

I've seen a dozen sites that distribute vb hacks... just try google ?
one of my clients competitors has a full vb site, with photopost and extreemstyle skin, and fully hacked :( all priated..
nothing we can do, they have been reported but that was almost 2 1/2 months ago.. and they are still up..

Searching usenet for vB yeilds tons of hacks, skins and pirated copies. It's unfortuante but hopefully Jelsoft has some luck contacting the ISP's of bootleg sites. I know that I'd lose my hosting if I was allowing pirate software. I'm sure that running a pirated version of a commercial forum software is damn similar.

People running this kind of sites are usually hosted at Russia , China and even vbulletin cannot do anything about it. I normally report any site i suspect but nothing happens usually.

I'm not really sure what the purpose of this thread is anymore, it seems to have lost it's way long ago.
Bottom line, if you suspect a vb site is illegal then report it.
