Hello Garry,

There are usually specific instructions on how to install each modification within it's zip file. It is very easy to install modifications for vBulletin, especially if they are simple plug-ins/products. If you have any specific questions on a certain modification, you can ask in it's specific thread for support and I am sure someone will help you.
