how I can uninstall very very old hacks link Hangman game and a lot of hacks I can't remove them!

Do you want / need the old data gone? If not upgrading to a newer version of vBulletin should solve the problem.

I just need to erase e.g. the ucash setting, hangman game setting...etc
I can still see the setting in the CP of my forum and tables in the database

You don't really need to worry about the tables - they won't harm anything.

If you really want you can drop them in sql (DROP TABLE xxxxx).

I don't know how those hacks add their settings, are they in the main menu or the vb options ? What version of vb ?

enable debug mode and use the debug mode features to remove them

add

$config['Misc']['debug'] = 'true';

To your config.php file and remov ethe settings, after you are done remoe the line you added.
