Need help!!

I got this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare htmlspecialchars_uni() (previously declared in /home/emuv2/public_html/forums/includes/class_core.php:3010) in /home/emuv2/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php on line 1757

What does this mean? Ive looked at the php and I dont see where the error is at. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Which version vB are you running?

What modifications have you got installed?

Have you installed anything recently prior to this error occuring?

I think I may have found the problem. The functions script is an old version of Vbulletin, so I think I just have to get the 3.5.4 version of the functions script and I should be good to go.
