Who's online inside Chatbox Lite?

Can anyone start me in the right direction on how I would add a "who's in chat" to the Chatbox Lite by Dream (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=92537&highlight=chatbox)

I couldn't figure out how to do that, but I don't show my shoutbox on the forum home page, so I figured out a way to show just the last few shouts, without the ability to manually refresh or shout from there. I put all the directions in the chatbox lite thread.
