this is part of all there work put together that as giving me the chance to do this

What does it do?

This is a template change of the welcome panel w/chatbox Lite v1.0 instead of the forum stats i have put the members avatar and private message code inplace and kept the newest member code.
Another change i have done is moved the welcome_member to where the statistics was
i have also removed the what going on/who as visted-who is online ect
i have not put a screen shot up.
But this is visable to all members of

please read instructions and text before installing any of these hacks

I did not install any of the template changes to chatbox lite
and i also cleared the forumhome/welcome panel template for this but this is upto yourself if you want to keep them this should also work on all vbulletin scripts

once you have installed these go to
admin cp/styles and templates/forumhome and copy this code under
&navbar

the shoutbox works and the private message notice works on all pages but this will not show the avatar on all pages at the moment
