Need help on url links

How can i stop a url links? that someone posts on my site?
You see i have ask people to rap codes around them but a lot of members dont know how to do this even after being told how and sometimes even when there is a code rapped around it still links to the url
i have done a seach to see if there is a hack but just dont seem to find one can anyone help :confused:

I believe you can disable the global use of the [url] tags in the ACP (vbulletin Settings).

Does anyone know if the hack that restricts certain usergroups or low postcount newbies from posting urls (for 3.5.x) has been posted anywhere here. After searching for a while I can't find it anywhere.
