BUG: Arcade navbar disappears

I noticed in a couple areas like a few tournament detail screens that the navbar for the arcade disapears. Just look at the finished tournament screen for an example.

also in the usercp nav thing on the left, it doesnt use the right colours for some reason. Same with the offline message.
