Limit Image Filesizes Based on Usergroup?

Hi, I asked this question on the vBulletin forums, and got sent here for help... :)

I'd like to know if there's a way to limit each individual uploaded attachments filesize, based on the usergroups. I know you can set a limit in sizes and extensions, but that affects everyone. I also know you can set a given amount of upload space based on usergroup, but I'd like to have each individual file's size limited, according to what usergroup the user is in.
