Couple of Questions

I just was upgraded to 3.5.4 from 3.0.0

I'm currently trying to just modify a welcome panel from 3.0.0 (that Zero Tolerance made and I love and want to keep it because I can't figure out the other one) and I'm running into two small problems.

1. What is the new URL/code to get avatars to show up in a welcome panel in 3.5.4?

2. What replaced phpincludestart in vb 3.5.4?

The code for vBulletin has changed significantly between 3.0 and 3.5 so any modifications written for 3.0 will not work on 3.5 You will need to use 3.5 versions for any modifications that you wish to use.

Is there not a like $avatar function in 3.5? It's working perfectly except for an avatar not showing up since it's so similar to the one written that is new...
