is this normal?

i have vb3.5.4 w/ photopost pro and classifieds. i have intergrated flashchat. and my portal is vbadvanced. i have installed many hacks that i have found on here. most were plugin kinda things. i have had complaints that my site dosent load fast. i have seen it myself after i deleate cookies and re enter. but i have complaints from a few users that enter my site that say this happens everytime until they are logged and and inside the site then everything loads ok but if they leave it starts. i have also had the issue w/ cmps that say people arent logged in after the logon but if they click forums they are ok and logged in. taking a stab in the dark im curious if my portal isnt the issue. any ideas how to diagnose this? if there are problems should i see errors? i was going w/ the idea it was my users pc but these same users visit other vb sites w/o the problem. i know im being general but any ideas where to start? my site is stuntfactoryx.com but my site is been down a few hours but its not me its the host today.

update.. when i say many hacks im thinking about 10. welcome headers, navbar, calander rsvp. things like that. i read somthing abour quarries? and page load time? and i seen somthing for vbbug for 3.53. am on on the right track to diagnose?

Disable them all one at a time until the issue you are having goes away. Then you will have found your culprit.
