Backups

i have a question about backups

do i do it in the cpanel or in the admincp?

in admincp i go to AdminCp>> Maintanece>> DatabaseBackup

then i download it?

It depends on how large your forum is. Doing a backup via the php interface can lock your system up if the database is too large.

If the forum is small enough -- either will work (Admin CP or phpmyadmin).
